At Big Grove Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your merchandise and non-perishable purchases. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at shop@biggrovebrewery.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all apparel tags are attached and glassware is securely padded to prevent breakage.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods at the brewery, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
