Do you ship beer directly to my home?

Current state and federal laws allow us to ship beer only to select states. Please check our shipping policy page for the most up-to-date list of eligible locations. Merchandise and non-perishables can be shipped nationwide.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by destination, but most customers receive their delivery within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves the brewery.

Can I return beer or food items purchased online?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on beer or food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there was an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

What is the best way to store my Big Grove beer?

To maintain maximum freshness and flavor profile, we recommend keeping all beer refrigerated at all times and consuming it before the 'Best By' date printed on the bottom of the can.

Is an ID required for beer deliveries?

Yes. Federal law requires an adult 21 years of age or older to be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave beer packages unattended on porches.

Do you offer gift cards for the taproom and online store?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used for online merchandise purchases, as well as physical gift cards that are redeemable for food and drinks at any of our taproom locations.
